Copper items in the Creative Mode inventory

The oxidation feature of copper items/blocks is really cool, but the creative inventory is becoming way too cluttered way too quickly. My thought was that the inventory could only list the main items of each type, and then have a drop down on the slot so you can grab a specific oxidation stage/wax status. For example, items such as Copper Blocks, Cut Copper Stairs, Copper Bars, ect would all be listed, but you can click an icon on the corner of their slots if you wanted say, Waxed Exposed Cut Copper Stairs.

This wouldn't be unnecessary development time, because the same dropdowns could also be used for dyed blocks in the Creative menu.
