Enchanted Horse Armor & A new special Fishing Rod enchantment

Horses are amazing in Minecraft, often underused but I feel if horse armor were able to be enchanted it would add a new realm of possibilities for the horses. We don't need many, just a few:

-Protection (MAX LEVEL 4)

-Feather Falling (MAX LEVEL 4)

And a new fishing rod enchantment would be awesome

its basically Knockback but its called:

Pullback: Gives the Fishing Rod more strength in pulling an entity while stuck on the line.
