Shelves: Direction Based on Strongest Redstone Signal

Only if left side has a higher signal strength than the right side will the shelf be left to right. Any other condition will default to right to left.

    Vertical shelves would also be really cool, like if you just put 2 shelves on top of each other they connect like powered rails
