Shelves: Add Item Count Display for Stackable Items on Shelves

Otherwise you will have to take the items off the shelf to check if you need to refill.

    I can't decide if I'd want it

    • on the item like in the inventory and other places where it is shown
    • centred below the item in a way more specifically designed for glancability
    • on a screen for some sort of "advanced shelf" (doesn't feel very Minecraft though)
    • as a comparator output (does it already do this? guess it is a bit too advanced)
    • as a menu, eg when you right click the bottom or top of the shelf it can show a GUI with the items akin to a hopper, where you can then reorganize more conveniently. This might take away from the intended experience of a shelf though
