Saplings to Dead Bushes (Renewable Dead Bushes)

When you place saplings on coarse dirt. After a certain tick amount, then instead of it growing into a tree, it would turn into a dead bush. For this to occur there has to be: 1. No water nearby (similarly to the hydrated farmland mechanic) 2. No rain for the entire “growth” duration. However if there is rain the process just resets from 0. 3. No bonemealing of the sapling
