Copper Features for the new drop

With the addition of the copper golem, I think it would be the best opportunity to add the tuff golem, the rascal, and the glare. I know it's asking a lot, considering this drop has a plan already made and defined. I think adding the copper horns would also be interesting. Finally, I also think copper should have more utility, adding more tools with copper as part of the recipe.

    Entire mobs are too much this close to release. But copper horns, wrenches that rotate blocks, and a better copper-golem memory system seem doable.
