Shriekers spread from catalysts having can_summon:1 option in settings

it would be cool to toggle this on and off, so that people with sculk xp grinders / farms have an educational experience on why to not farm an alien species.

    This gamerule can be toggled without cheats, but is disabled by default in older saves. This is because the gamerule’s behaviour is similar to other game rules like TNT Explosion Drop Decay in Bedrock Edition.
