Charge crafting station

A. add a charge table, where you can craft charges

B. give the breeze its own breeze powder

C. add the earth and water blaze, with their own charges, rods and powder

D. make the earth charge make a hill, destroying anything in its way

E. make the water charge  spr/ay water in a certain direction, making small rivers and proppelling back mobs and monsters

F. when 10 of all charges put together, you  get an ominous charge, which you can throw through the giant ancient city portal, to make it arise to the surface and restoring it, along with friendly wardens
