Crossbow new enchant

I was defending my village from a Pillager invasion, and I noticed that the Pillagers were reloading their Crossbows while running, I would like it to be possible for the Player to also be able to reload while running without needing an enchantment like them, or through some new enchantment that would allow running while reloading the Crossbow, but to not leave it unbalanced, I would like this new enchantment not to be compatible with Quick Reloading. This would go very well with the Crossbow, as the Bow is for those looking for firepower, while the Crossbow is for those looking for mobility and agility. It would be interesting.
