Sand layers, Renewable sand and Sand Golem

The Sand-golem, maybe player spawned (if so, maybe with a snow-golem-like hidden face), that moves slowly, with normal and red variants.

Waking speed increase while on sand, sand layers or when they pick up stone (like an Enderman) and eat. When a speed increase happens because it eat something, they leave sand layers trails.

These sand layers could drop into sand mounds, that could be used on TNT and Sand crafting, while also able to be placed as a sand layer.
