- Basically a twist on the common minerals in Minecraft, I was thinking that the opals would grow in crystal clusters that would shine with pale purple and bright green hues alternating between. These crystal formations could be located in groups of sparse 2-3 upon or under Endstone that is away from Chorus Fruit Trees.
- While hard to describe which color of opal would be most fitting for the environment, it felt appropriate to settle on Morado (purple) or Black Opals for the design of the hexagon gem item, though leaning towards black as a mineral is probably less.
- The use of the opals in recipes is left a bit open but I did want to include one, the opal amulet which could be placed in the offhand slot. It would have durability to balance its effect, which could be a way to trigger the levitation effect for a time by sneaking and uncrouching based on the time for effect lasting, with a cap of 15 minutes. It could be crafted with an opal in the middle and 5 gold ingots in a tall V-shape in the crafting grid.
(PS I am somewhat concerned that there's a limit to how many posts a user can create, so I had to redo this one)
