Enhanced Skin changing and better reporting

I propose two features to improve Minecraft’s community and gameplay:

1. Live Skin Change API:
   Allow players to change skins mid-game so others see updates instantly without relogging. The API would securely authenticate players and broadcast skin changes, enabling dynamic roleplay and events while preventing abuse.

2. Enhanced Player Reporting System:
   Accessible via pressing P or /report, players get a GUI listing with all Players. However, there are  key points are missing for example racism, being toxic etc. IMO there are not enough ways to report people.

Currently, skins only update on login, and reporting is limited mostly to chat. These improvements would modernize gameplay, boost safety, and help maintain a friendly community.
