Minecraft Snow in Non Snowy biomes within /weather command.

Hello Mojang. I would like to give u an idea on the next minecraft update. I know this request has been demanded numerous times but I’m here to ask u respectfully. Pls, add the ability to make snow within a command in any biome. “/weather snow”. honestly that would be amazing, u may say I can go to a snowy biome and type in the command /weather rain. But why do I want it in any biome including flat worlds? Because I’m building a minecraft city, on a flat world. And I would love if I had the ability to make it snow, just like New York City. And since everyone has been requesting it, even I have, I hope in your next update you would consider it because it would be wonderful, and if you don’t want to add that to the next minecraft update, at least give the people requesting it logical reasons, is it to mimic real life? it doesn’t matter though, since it’s a game.
