Toggle sprint for bedrock

Hey Mojang team, I’ve been playing Minecraft Bedrock for a long time and I really enjoy it, but there’s one thing I hope you guys can add: a toggle sprint option. Holding down the sprint key for long periods of time causes real finger strain and pain — especially the pinky finger (since it’s usually on Shift). Many players have reported muscle cramps or discomfort after long sessions, and it’s honestly not healthy for our hands. On Java Edition, toggle sprint exists either by default or through mods, and it really helps make the game more comfortable, especially for people playing with keyboard & mouse on consoles like PS5. Please consider adding this option to Bedrock Edition. It would make a huge difference in comfort and accessibility for a lot of players. Thanks a lot!

    Highly suggested! I've been having discomfort of my pinky finger while holding shift for a long time! It gives me so much pain and I can't barely move my pinky finger 😭. Been struggling for years Mojang. Please add the Toggle Sprint for Bedrock in the future updates this 2026! 🙏🙏🙏

    Hello Mojang, I play bedrock edition on a keyboard and mouse and a controller and it's very fun, but sometimes it's hard to play due to finger strain because I need to continuously click the sprint button for it to toggle. All I ask is that you guys add a toggle sprint option in settings. Thanks!

    It would be nice if for console edition players you could have toggle sprint on a Xbox controller as well
