A way of calling the Happy Ghast to your location

The happy ghast sometimes flys away right before you have an opportunity to ride it, which is pretty tedious and annoying if you frequently dismount to get more building blocks. it's especially frustrating when your base is nowhere near any snowy biome. Mojang should add a feature where Goat Horns call the happy ghast to you. This would provide an alternative to using snowballs while also giving goat horns a purpose beyond vanity. Maybe in the form of the copper horn, staying in theme for the next drop.
