Scaler pearl

A pearl that is crafted using an ender pearl, nether wart, blaze powder and a water bottle, it could be thrown, used as ammo for a bow or crossbow, or launched out of a dispenser. Upon hitting an entity or player, that entity or player would shrink to 1 sixteenth of its original size, if a player placed a block while affected by this that block would also be 1 sixteenth of the size of a normal block, if the player dropped an item that item would appear in item form at 1 sixteenth of its usual size. To go back to normal size the player or entity would have to be hit by another scaler pearl.
