Choosing the Speed of Powered Rails

The current speed that minecart rails go is perfect for some contraptions– yet too slow for other types of rail use! To solve this while keeping the old speed, players should be able to set powered rails to certain, higher acceleration, up to 48 blocks! To make sure the change is noticeable, the rail texture could change depending on how fast it will make Minecarts.
