Make copper armor and weapons useful in thunderstorms

Whenever there's a thunderstorm ongoing, you should be able to put a lightning rod on your copper helmet (oh hey, another use for the lightning rod!) and when lightning strikes you, you become charged like the creeper (except you don't blow up.) and your attacks are enhanced, making your copper armor and weapons stronger than iron and on par with diamond (It also should do some electric damage like fire aspect but doesn't extinguish in the rain and can damage fire resistant mobs.) and your tools also become faster (even faster with efficiency enchants.) and be able to mine all ores in the game (even ancient debris.) but to make it a bit balanced, the "charged effect" should last only about 12 mins or longer meaning it will be gone if 12 mins or longer pass. You can still keep this effect even in other dimensions (just as long as you get struck by lightning in the overworld). Do you think it's good Mojang? If it is, thanks for buffing copper armor! (Btw the lightning rod should be placed only on the copper helmet.)
