Can you please add an item called the nether chunk freezer?

when this item right clicks a block in a chunk in the nether it freezes and turns safe for ghasts! It makes it so when a ghast enters this chunk it starts shooting snow balls like it is playing with you! and then after a few minutes BOOM it turns into a happy ghast that is safe. and if you do this with a nether fossil it comes back to life because of coldness! and if the fossil has a dried ghast it instantly turns into a ghastling! This item is crafted with packed ice or blue ice & snowballs. Reasons: Ghast saver, Nice and very happy ghasts
