Make Copper Armor & Tools power depend on Durability left

More specifically, make them slightly stronger than iron, but after each 25% of durability gone, they should decrease in power. So if they have low durability they will be like stone. Also they should still have the same total durability as they have now to keep the balance.

This will make copper gear actually useful, since currently although it is easier to get a lot of copper, it is still more time efficient to go for iron. And if these changes are added, iron would still be better in the end, just not as time efficient as now.

    We would need a popup for that like some mods do then, not sure if the devs want that. Maybe instead similar to when you swing your sword you get a little icon shown with your mining level visualized.
