Disable player locator at any time in world options

You can't disable the player locator without using commands and losing achievements in Bedrock Edition, which some players don't like because not all worlds are co-op. Add the option to disable it in the same section where you disable coordinates or days played, and keep that option so it can be changed at any time, just like you can with coordinates or days played.

  Most people generally built "secret bases" which are not longer "secret" if people can locate your location, this feature should be dissabled by deffault
