The Slime Layer

I have an idea for a new decorative block in Minecraft - a slime layer that similiar to Snow layer. It is crafted using two slimeballs that are horizontally located on the crafting grid. It has slime sounds and slows down the player when walking, and when broken without Silk Touch, it drops two slimeballs. Also, a slime layer appears when a Slime of maximum size dies. Slime Layer breaks faster with a shovel.
