Copper and Enchantability

With the new copper tools and armor, the idea of introducing enchants to the player earlier was had. The way that this would be achieved would be a weaker enchantment table that would be made with amethyst instead of diamond and with early stone blocks (preferably deepslate cobblestone) instead of obsidian. Along with giving the copper armor and tools the enchantability aspect similarly to the gold armor and tools. The weaker enchantment table would work best with gold and copper providing middle level enchants, while every other type of tool or armor would only receive low level enchants. This would provide a larger use to these ore types, specifically gold, along with providing players with the ability to work with enchants both earlier and with less worry about waiting for the right tool and never enchanting.
