Copper Electrifying Armor!!

I have a great addition to the copper armor, when there was a lightning storm there was a chance (not big) of the lightning hitting the armor, and then the armor would become electrified and if any mob touched it it would get a shock. and you could also pass this electricity to the sword, then there would be two blows, one that you hit normally (you can only hit once) and another that you hold and release a wave of electricity (it would be weaker but would cause area damage) and to avoid being too appealing, perhaps this would only be possible with enchantment or it would be from the armor itself, but as I said, the lightning doesn't hit all the time.
