Rule for summonable mobs (Curse of binding feature)

In Minecraft is impossible to get the T of blocks of iron with the carved pumpkin without summoning the Iron Golem, placing a carved pumpkin over 2 snow blocks without summoning a Snow Golem, or placing the wither skulls over the T of soul blocks without summoning the Wither; unless using cheats like commands or peaceful mode for the wither.

As a sandbox game, there could be a creative way for summoning these mobs so the players can decorate with unsummoned statues as well.

I propose using the Curse of Binding on carved pumpkins in order for the golems to be summoned. The difficulty of obtaining the golems would feel balanced/fair since having them is a very cool plus. This exact way would make the wither so difficult to summon. So, for skulls, only one of the 3 wither skulls shall be enchanted (Curse of Binding) in order to summon the wither.

This might sound tedious in terms of gathering enchanted books with Curse of Binding. So, this addition would include another feature: use quartz instead of lapis to save curses in a book. This feature will also open the doors for new interesting and fun curses!
