Pick Best Item Feature

This feature, similar to the pick block feature, would change what item you're holding to the best item for that scenario. For example, if you're looking at a block of stone, it would switch to a pickaxe. Or if you're looking at a zombie, it would switch to your sword, and (if possible), switch to one with Smite. Overall, this feature would make hotbar managing/inventory switching easier, and it would not be difficult to add.
