Add a new graphics option for low end device's.

Please add a new graphics option for low end device's. Like I have an Adreno 505. And many others have lower but wants not play the game with new greater graphics like vivrant visuals and PBR(on beta) . But we can't dew to our hardware. So,please develop another shader!

    for devices that low sadly even normal Minecraft visuals do not run well, its probably not possible to get vibrant visuals level of graphics on that kidn of device, not without dropping alot of features anyway
