Copper Inductor

Idea: A block that allow quasi-connectivity based off in the inductor on the real life, it could be crafted with redstone, lodestone and copper.

Mechanics

Could it have two sides as an observer that allow the redstone flow not restaurable (like not a repeater). Otherside, in base of lateral side, it can emmit pulsing redstone signal (as an compact clock block) from 0 to 16 redstone value every game-tick or redstone-tick (0.05 sec or 0.1 sec) in a transversal radius of 1-block

           C5 
C1 and C4 allow normal redstone signal, while that block orientation (like logs) define the transversal signal filed (like an electromagnethic field)

Besides, the signal field depends on the redstone input and could be blocked (each signal affected air-block) by non-metallic blocks (none as gold, iron or copper)

Althought of his quasi-connectivity properties can me used as a vertical wire thanks to its orientation behavior
