Custom Climbable Block Tag

Add a "is_climbable" tag to block scripting, so creators can make custom ladders, ropes, vine and other creative blocks.  Maybe also add a "climb_speed" tag too??

    I very much second this, having the ability to add the climbable tag to the custom blocks directly would be greatly advantageous, I would be excited to see this get added.
