Copper golem creation should be prevented by waxed copper

Currently, the ability to spawn a copper golem effectively prevents the player from ever using a pumpkin on top of a copper block in built structures. The problem exists for the iron and snow golems as well, but since they require more blocks in their pattern, it is rare that the player would want to build that pattern on its own. But a two-block pattern like for the copper golem could easily be something the player wants to build.

To fix this, I suggest preventing copper golems from being created when the copper block is waxed.

    Just change the recipe so we have to place a lightning rod on top of the pumpkin. That would work.

    according to the minecraft wiki, the pumpkin needs to be placed last, so just place it first if you don't want it to spawn. i assume this works the same for iron and snow golems.
