Copper items in new snapshot

If its not already being planned, the copper tools and armor in the new snapshot should have a donwside to them since copper is so abundant and makes a upgrade to stone. Like the copper rod, all tools and armor should have a very high chance of being struck by lightning. This could also have a technical mechanic maybe such as the armor/tool a player holds will cause a redstone signal and the more copper items they have equipped the stronger the redstone signal is (and the damage possibly).
