Copper Golem Deactivation?

I really really love the new Copper Golem! Its use is far better than what was shown many years ago, and its great! My only thought is that, maybe there could be a way to deactivate them? Like right clicking them can make them turn on and off? The reason why I ask this is because I know that a ton of players are gonna want to have a ton of these little clankers running around, and they make a lot of noise.

  Maybe they could be redstone toggled so they can be switched off, as shown below:

  Copper Golems having an "off" state could also open them up to be used as decorative statues.
