Rope and Grappling Mechanics

Add craftable rope using string and leather that lets players climb up & down safely. Right now getting out of deep caves or building tall structures is tedious with pillar jumping or using tons of blocks. Rope would fit the medieval crafting theme and solve a common problem without being overpowered. Could have different lengths based on materials used.
