mojang what happend 1.21.6 error

Hey, I know to post bugs on mojira but i got no account and cannot make one. I threw a egg in the air and made it land on me i swear 3 frames after the egg hit me there were like lines where the egg broke. I thought a first missingno from pokemon appeared it was super odd. like- it had like random pixels in a shape like missingno if you don't know this missingno it's a glitched file that makes a fake pokemon in a beach area in a pokemon game (pokemon red) and when you find it you can catch it. but it messes up things like the pokemon red "hall of fame." it also might make your opponent's pokemon or just your oppoent glitchy like pixeled spred like butter on some bread. welp, thanks you mojang k!
