Add the Platformer Dimension

The Platformer Dimension will be its surface as Mud and Spikes (which also wanted by me to be added(and do 1.5 hearts more damage than dripstone)) will be places only in this* dimension. The sky will be Pastel Green, and Happy Ghasts may spawn there.
