The new lighting a reflective water should be chosen in a switch

Okay guys here me out the lighting and water is annoying I wanted to make my server map but the black concrete was like gray concrete powder I hated it because it was my server want things to look how I want it to look like and you guys what about your world you want it to look like how you want it too so there should be switches within the settings that says something like “lighting effect” so all our lives will be easier.
