Make Feathers More Useful

First, allow feathers to be crafted into bales that can be broken back down.  The bales should be able to power a furnace, but not blast furnace or smoker.  The feather bales should be usable as a single-use block to completely mitigate fall damage, where it explodes into 3-5 feathers when it breaks somebody's fall.  The feather bales should be able to craft a feather bed that heals villagers and players while they sleep.  The feather bales should have the same sound dampening properties as wool blocks, but you explode them if you jump on them while not crouching.
