Drop items mobile

On Minecraft Bedrock (Mobile), there’s no way to drop an item quickly like the Q key on Java. My idea is to make the existing Place button do two things depending on where you are aiming: When facing a solid block → place the item as usual When facing the sky or empty air → drop the item from your hand This adds drop functionality without a new button, saving screen space and making controls more intuitive for mobile players.
