Minecart Acceleration Bar

Minecart acceleration bars would provide a nice medium for those who want minecarts at specific slower speeds and those who want them at faster speeds.

Players could change the bar's “base speed,” marking how fast the minecart will go on regular rails. (For powered rails, etc, the speed is added onto temporarily). To do this, move forward while holding jump to increase the base speed or move backwards while holding jump to decrease it.

To make certain acceleration unchangeable during a ride, minecarts can be waxed with a honeycomb, which can be undone using an axe.

The minecart acceleration bar overrides the experience bar.
