Moss Patched (Underwater & on Land)

I think you should add Moss patches into the game. These would function similarly to the leaf litter, that was added to the game previously, but just with a few key differences. I think there should be a few variants of how they can look, so there isn't just one look to them. I think that their hitboxes should also be slightly larger than leaf litter, and maybe even change slightly depending on which variant is placed, and how many moss Patches you place. I think that they should be able to be placed on any side of a block, and not be limited to just the floor, like the leaf litter, carpets, and so forth. I also think you should be able to water log them, so that you can use them underwater too. This would be helpful for underwater builds, and structures, so that we aren't limited to just seagrass, and things of that nature. It would be useful for things on land too, such as tree stumps/fallen over trees, which previously only spawn with mushrooms on them. All in all, I think this would be a great addition to the game, and elevate the creativity in Minecraft's.
