Add option to change fog back to the version before 1.21.6

This would just undo the new fog in 1.21.6 if enabled

    Minecraft is a game with iconic look and iconic music. Changing anything that is perfect already: textures, mobs, music, FOG!!!, just makes it look worse. You don't touch perfection unless you wanna ruin it. Guess someone has to tell you.
