Add Toggle to Disable Flashlight Effect in the End (Vibrant Visuals)

The new flashlight effect in the End introduced with the Vibrant Visuals update looks impressive, but for many players, it's distracting or uncomfortable. It significantly changes the mood and visibility of the End, and not everyone wants this immersive effect forced on them.

Please consider adding a setting to disable or toggle the flashlight effect separately from the rest of the Vibrant Visuals features. This would let players like me enjoy the improved graphics with a bit more flexibility in terms of toggling options.

It also has an effect on addons like Eternal End, as the end flashlight removes the ambient lighting in this addon, making it less immersive, as well as darker.

I'm not saying that you need to remove the flash - its still good for some players, but me and other players would just like a toggle option for it.

    The vibrant visuals ruin the Eternal End experience :/
