I don't think there are enough enchantments for chestplates, so this would add one. The enchantment goes from level I to IV, and here's how it works: For each level, there's a small chance (or percentage, however Minecraft does that calculation lol) that any projectile launched/shot at you (such as arrows, fireballs, and shulkers bullets) will reflect off, similarly to how shields do. With each higher level, the chance grows greater. An example could be
I. 10%
II. 23%
III. 39%
IV. 55%
So the higher the level, the more likely a projectile will be reflected. This, of course, could work for not just chestplates, but all armor. The reason I suggested chestplates was because there aren't any chestplate-specific enchantments, and the chestplate is the largest piece of armor, so it would "reflect" best, and make most sense. I think this would give a little more uniqueness to chestplates, and would be an interesting thing to have in the game.
However, if this were to work for all different pieces of armor, then the enchantments would only be a base level (similarly to Mending), and work like this:
Projectile Reflection: 15%
With one piece of armor, the chance to reflect a projectile would be 15%. With two pieces, it'd be 30%, and so on.
