Enable In-Game Resource Pack Management in Bedrock Edition

Currently in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, players must exit their world entirely to apply or switch resource packs. This interrupts gameplay flow and negatively affects the user experience, especially when testing or comparing multiple packs. I propose adding an option in the in-game pause menu to manage and apply resource packs without leaving the world. This feature would align Bedrock more closely with Java Edition's flexibility and greatly improve convenience for players, content creators, and map developers. Implementing dynamic resource pack switching mid-game would enhance usability without compromising game stability or integrity.
