Make wither skeletons when normal skeletons die in lava.

For exemple: 

You're in a cave and you see a lava pool and a skeleton, you make the skeleton die to lava. Since wither skeletons don't die to lava (and they spawn in the nether) they would be immediatly transformed into the wither skeleton. (A bit like the drowned zombie)
