i think it’s time minecraft had another big exploring update like how the nether or caves got reworked. something big and different but still feels like minecraft. my idea’s called the realms beyond. it adds a new dimension called the veil. it’s a foggy quiet place with floating islands, glowing plants, and weird ruins that hum when you walk near them. the sky’s light grey with shapes way out in the distance that you can’t ever fully see. you’d make the portal using echo shards and amethyst, maybe inside an ancient city or with reinforced deepslate. the vibe is slow and kinda peaceful but strange. wraiths sneak behind you and vanish, veil walkers just wander and whisper, and drifters stand far away and vanish if you get close. it’s not scary, just weird in a cool way. blocks like phantomstone glow different under moonlight, vines that light up hang from ceilings, and some islands have low gravity or pull you up. deeper areas bend sound and make mobs look glitchy. new enchantments like phasing (arrows go through walls), eclipse (bonus damage at night), and silence (mobs can’t hear you if you don’t move). there’s an item called a shade lens that shows invisible stuff for a few seconds. if you start breaking too much stuff, a boss called the watcher shows up and starts following youksks
