Add Ropeblock "repblock".

With the new lead mechanics added please consider creating a "Ropeblock" that is a existing thing working as a joint of sorts for multiple ropes.

I just wanna reduce abuse and accidentally mob deaths that is gonna happen because we don't wanna hang boats as joints everywhere and we don't wanna get a new mob evertime when one dies...
