Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

I JUST THOUGHT OF A VERY GOOD WAY TO USE COPPER!!!! Minecraft pls see this

The other day I was thinking about how golden items break very fast in Minecraft, then I thought of real life golden jewelry. Real life golden jewelry doesn't break that easily then I remembered about ALLOYS. Golden alloy is made by liquefying gold and COPPER and mixing them together to make the new material strong, but keeps the beauty of gold. In Minecraft, Golden stuff breaks fast, and copper doesn't have many uses, so I thought, what if you guys add a new feature to the smithing table? This could change golden items forever and make them more used since golden items can get better enchants apparently. Maybe you guys could make the durability a bit better than iron and maybe a bit more protective? This could also generate a really cool texture and mix of colors for the item and I just feel like it would be great if you guys could add it. PLEASE take note of this and see if this could work. It could change golden items and copper forever. Also, I think alloys and actually a great way to increase Minecraft's real-life based ideas and it could form new materials that make the game more fun with new materials to explore and experiment! Again, PLEASE take note of this and if you guys think its a good idea, PLEASE add it to the game. We as a Minecraft community would appreciate it if it workes.

    While I am not wholly opposed to this idea, it would still be weaker than iron.

    A good idea, but needs some work. For one thing, how would you alloy them? Also, the speed of the tools and enchantability would have to decrease, so this would be something of a trade off. Would wearing it prevent you from angering Piglins? Also, would you alloy after crafting the item, or alloy the ingots themselves? What would the set be called (Gold-Copper Axe doesn't have much of a ring to it)?
