This is a block that will better have control over "Ticking Areas" in the minecraft world
Similar to the structure block, this is a block you and place down that has a stopwatch symbol to better know what the block is going to be used for.
When you place down the block, you can right-click it to bring up a UI that shows the amount of blocks that can be placed and used. Then, coordinates, name, slider for range, and active/deactivate on the left side of the UI
in the center will show the area of use for the ticking area. While also drawing lines from the center of the block to the center of the square or circle from the blocks' location.
But while creating a world, you can set the limit of Ticking areas, by using a slider to have a max of what your system or others can handle.
With this block, it could also help with loads of issues that players face, being that: Overlapping ticking areas, Not knowing the scale of the size of the ticking area. And having more information of what is being updated for ticking.
