Add Ninchaku

It can be made from adding an iron spctin and an iron chain. As for the developments, it is possible to add a development to increase the speed of the ninchko and another development that adds a new capacity so that if you hit a monster five consecutive times, the player moves in a circular motion to injure more than one monster
